New to airsofting, how to get started?

Hey, im kinda new to airsoftig, and im kinda getting into it. I have a r76 airsoft gun (used) 10,000 .12 bbs, a sw 1911 pistol, and thats about it. What else is necesary? I want to have some wars with friends, so what do i have to wear? I dont want to get shot and for it to leave a mark. I was thinking pajamas, then sweat pants, 2 shirts and a sweater, halloween mask with goggles, and thats it. What are some tips?
