Can you help me on Sims 2 for the pc?

I might get the Sims 2 for the PC, but only if it has these items in the Build catolog and these styles in the game. I ll start with the items, does the game for the pc have these items, Cell walls, Cell doors, Cell windows and stairs to make a new floor? And does the game have these styles for a woman? Orange Jumpsuits and prison guard uniforms? Will all of those things come with the game or do I have to unlock the stuff. I want to know because I want to make a Female prison in the game but I don't know if the pc version has all of the clothes and items I want to make it. I would be so glad if I knew the anwers to my Questions. Please tell me the anwser Please.
