Help with my outfit??

Yesterday I bought a bright pink, cotton, spaghetti strap dress from Gap. I will be wearing it to my cousin's wedding in May, and it will be sort of chilly, so any shoe/cover-up sweater suggestions would be appreciated! Also, please don't suggest anything over $30. I don't want to spend a whole lot. Pictures or wesite links would be nice, too. Thank you!!
