How should I start moviemaking?

I'm extremely interested in filmmaking. I'm just 14 so I'm just talkin about making videos to put on YouTube. I have a topic and channel type already so I don't need to worry about that. Also I have a pretty decent editing program. I'm on a 160-180 dollar budget and I need a good camcorder. It has to be good quality and 12megapixels or higher. Also a tripod would be nice but not mandatory right now. Does anyone know of a camcorder I could buy? And any tips on how to get subscribers, views, and such on YouTube? Or just some tips on anything would be nice. Thanks
