I received a 41 on my ASVAB the recruiter told me i need a 50 to p how should i study?

i know i had to do good in the work knowledge and paragraph comprehension so all i need to study is the math part...and im a little confused about how the test is scored, lets say i do really good on everything else BUT the math knowledge and arithmetic would i still be able to p help me out please; clueless. :|
