Is it illegal to wash your hair in the bathroom sink in a bathroom in a shopping mall?

My hair is really oily, and I won't be home for 10 hours. Is it okay to shampoo my hair and rinse with sink water? I'm afraid that someone will catch me and I'll consequently be arrested.
