Suspecting I am pregnant, and currently waiting to find out?

I have recently started this birth control (Loestrin 24 FE) around the 4th day of my cycle. I took the Sunday starting white pill. Which was 29th of this month. I had the on the 2nd of May. And on the 5th of May. But then I realized, I don't think I counted right on taking the pills. I think I miscalculated. I began counting as first day of my cycle. So, actually I took my first white pill on the 3rd day of my cycle. But anyway, I am suspecting now that I am pregnant. I am having the symptoms as I did from finding out before I was pregnant. I had a MC though. But the symptoms I am feeling are in the exact order of before. I am now 10 DPO. I have still about 5 days to go on knowing if I am or not. But what do you all think? I've been experiencing: Light cramps, no spotting or nothing along with it. Also the cramps feel like a few twinges here and there. And like you are going to start your period. Bloating, changes: darkening of my , but due to the previous pregnancy. Now having like sensitive , I don't know if that is a symptom relating to pregnancy. Others including: slight nauesa, like queasy feeling, which in my last pregnancy I already knew I was pregnant before I experienced that. Headaches, extreme fatigue! One more thing, I don't know if this is a sign or not: hungriness, it's like I'm not craving. But my appetite have increased. This is one is very a weird symptom because I had this with my first pregnancy, symptom of my being sore. But even though I am suspecting I might be, but I am not quite sure if it is related to pregnancy or due to getting on the birth control. My periods I know is regular. What do you all think about this?
